To ensure the success and profitability of your Trade Counter, you will support your Branch Manager by working shoulder-to-shoulder with your team ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service and by complying with operational standards and corporate processes.
Drawing on your retail management experience, you will focus on supporting the team to meet KPI's and targets whilst exceeding customer expectations and promoting add-on sales. With a motivational and proactive management style, you and your team will play an integral part in the further success of Screwfix.
A proven track record in retail management with a passion for sales and customer service, you will demonstrate the ability to motivate and inspire those around you whilst providing full support to your Branch Manager.
With a hands-on approach, you will demonstrate your experience in the understanding and influencing of store targets and performance measures and the skill to ensure smooth running front of house alongside a busy and active warehouse.
Ultimately, we are looking for those with a passion for retail who are adaptable to change and who can deliver the best possible results through their team.
