as a Bid Manager (Permanent)

In this challenging role we would expect you to have experience of the following:
Management of winning bids for multi-million pound procurements
Development of bid strategy
Ability to plan a bid from pre-ITT to contract award
Oversight of the management, technical and commercial solutions
Application of best practice bidding techniques
Adherence to company governance processes
Building trusted relationships across the stakeholder community
Motivating the bid team
We operate an assessment centre approach for recruitment which provides candidates the opportunity to showcase their skills and in turn question Harmonic about the role and working within the business.
