Retail Operations Manager

My client is looking to appoint a key senior role within their company, titled Retail Operations Manager. You will responsible for the revenue growth, staff training and management and overseeing the smooth running of the branches.

Duties will include:
- Staff management this will include recruitment and retention, training and development as well as performance reviews and appraisal as well as annual reviews.
- Overseeing the management of the branch managers and sales consultants to ensure they are fully aware of their responsibilities.
- Organising stocks checks, stock shrinkage minimums as well as minimising waste and arranging rotas and dealing with holiday requests
- Ensuring customers receive a positive experience at all times.
- Dealing with all complaints and enquiries within the company timeframes
- Visiting branches to complete spot-checks and regularly meeting staff to assist with any problems / concerns that arise
- Developing new strategies to maximise revenue and to continually grow the business

The successful candidate:
- Proven track record in retail management
- Excellent leadership skills, previous experience managing staff and mentoring them
- Smart appearance and professional approach to work
- Ambitious, self-motivated and target driven
- Committed to delivering excellent levels of customer service
- Able to work as part of a team and alone
- Able to maintain high standards whilst working under pressure.
