CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGER

Luxury hotel are looking to recruit a reservations and customer relations manager
The business delivers high quality, contemporary, self catering beach holidays.
Applicants will be motivated and enthusiastic individual to manage the day to day reservations and customer facing services, including dealing with complaints and liaising with owners.
This is a very hands-on role.
The successful candidate must possess experience of working within a customer service role in the hospitality sector and have experience in a supervisory/management position.
Possess excellent communication skills, and be educated to 'A' Level standard (or equivalent).

Location : Newquay, Cornwall

Salary : 22,000
