Reservations & Customer Relations Manager

Based on the spectacular surfing beach of Watergate Bay, Beach Retreats deliver high quality and contemporary beach holidays on the north coast of Cornwall.

Our portfolio of self-catering properties is based in Watergate Bay, Fistral, Porth and Mawgan Porth. Each property is close to a great beach and provides accommodation of an extremely high standard.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to manage the day to day reservations and customer facing services, including dealing with complaints and liaising with owners.

This is a hands-on, yet rewarding role in a fast paced environment with a team of dedicated professionals, who are focused on providing high levels of service to guests and property owners. You will also be required to co-ordinate and participate in the on-call rota for out of hours cover. It is a requirement for this role to be able to work weekends on a regular basis.

The successful candidate must possess experience of working within a customer service role in the hospitality sector, and also experience in a supervisory/management position. You must also possess excellent communication skills, and be educated to 'A' Level standard (or equivalent).
