Sous Chef

SOUS Chef required for the launch of an exciting new restaurant opening in January.

We are seeking an experienced individual to work alongside the Head Chef, supporting the take over and transition.

This is a full time, permanent position and responsibilities include: Covering the Head Chefs days off, maintaining the high standards of food and service, ensuring a clean and safe working environment, ordering and stock control as well as the training and development of staff.
