My client is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their thriving team within the role of Service Co-ordinator. You will be expected to demonstrate exceptional organisational skills , be a team player as well as able to work on own initiative. Duties will include :
- Organising diaries
- Arranging and coordinating installations and visit
- Booking accommodation and travel
- Taking calls and passing to relevant department
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure the client is getting the best service possible
- Data input
- Mail duties as well as stock take tasks
To be short listed for this post you will need to have had experience in a similar post, have communication skills, high level of accuracy and have an excellent understanding of how to offer fantastic levels of customer service.
