Restaurant Manager

Experienced Restaurant Manager required for an elegant 4 star rosette hotel.

The ideal candidate will be articulate, confident and outgoing with a keen eye for detail.

You will ensure that the restaurants operate efficiently and profitably, whilst maintaining high standards of food, service and health and safety.

You will be responsible for the business performance of the restaurant so you must have the ability to plan strategically, organising shift patterns, and day-to-day management activities.

As a key role within the hospitality sector, restaurant management can be fast-paced, highly demanding and very rewarding.

Good wine knowledge would be a advantage, as well as the ability to deal with all walks of clientele.

Working hours are 5 over 7, and will include a mixture of days, evenings and weekends.

Salary is negotiable on experience.
