Tenancy Negotiator

My client, a leader in its field, is searching for a Tenancy Negotiator to join them for a 2 year fixed term contract. You will be required to provide efficient, effective and customer friendly advice to the tenants of the company.

Key Responsibilities will include:
*Assist in the delivery of the client`s action plan on service charges
*Engage with tenants where services are provided using a range of consultation styles to ensure that tenants understand the range of services provided and to seek agreement on paying for these services
*Consult tenants on varying and setting revised service standards and charges where appropriate keeping an audit trail of consultation and decisions made
*Engage hard to reach tenants likely to be affected by service charging ensuring that engagement takes place at an appropriate pace and style adapted to individual tenant needs
*Ensure that tenants fully understand their obligations under the tenancy agreement in relation to service charges
*Provide regular reports on progress against the action plan, identifying areas of concern or slippage
*Be responsible for taking prompt action to respond and deal with queries raised by tenants in relation to the consultation exercise and service charges
*Undertake all necessary administration including letters, email correspondence, revised tenancy agreements, setting up a database and updating the rents and service charges IT system

The successful candidate will:
*Have strong administrative & organisational skills
*Be able to communicate effectively using a range of skills, including disseminating complex information to a range of audiences
*Present a professional image and demonstrate an ability to gain trust and build a good rapport with customers
*Have a pro-active, ?can do` attitude, contributing to team and business development
*Be able to transport oneself to various locations throughout the county

Salary : 20,000 - 22,000 depending on experience
