Hours: Full time
Rate of pay: 13,551 - 15,208 per annum, plus tips
Job Type: Seasonal, March - September

To support the kitchen in order to create and maintain the quality product that reflects the company's reputation.

The top ten things that I'll be doing each week:
*Preparing food to the standards as defined by the Head Chef.
*Maintaining the property and equipment in a clean and well ordered manner.
*Understanding the food being served by taking part in tastings with the head chef.
*Ensuring the security of stock at all times.
*Ensuring a safe environment for both staff and customers adhering to the company's Health and Safety policy and procedures.
*Supporting with stock takes as required.
*Ensuring that the appropriate stock levels are maintained - communicating any matters to the Head Chef.
*Working in accordance with the Food Safety Act, Health and Safety Regulations and Licensing Laws.
*Continually pushing to improve your knowledge and skills.
*Working effectively within a large team.

The top three skills I need to effectively deliver this role:
*A passion for food and working within a busy kitchen environment.
*Awareness of customer needs and outstanding service.
*Comprehensive company and menu knowledge.
